Our client, a leading pharmaceutical based in Chatham are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity
  • Maintain organised records of all contract documents, amendments, and correspondence
  • Work with relevant departments to gather approvals and ensure timely contract execution.
  • Track contract timelines, renewal dates, and notify relevant parties in advance
  • Verify that contracts meet regulatory, company, and legal requirements.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and conditions to align with company policies and goals
