About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the engineering function within our fast-paced FMCG manufacturing facility. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production equipment operates efficiently and reliably while leading a skilled team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across the site.
  • Manage budgets, plan resources, and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve production and business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HNC qualification in Engineering or a related field – essential.
  • Extensive leadership experience in an engineering management role.
  • A strong background in FMCG manufacturing with a deep understanding of its challenges and demands.
