- Full and clean registration with the NMC or HCPC
- A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
- A background in one of the following Adult-Only professions:
- Adult-Only Occupational Therapist
- Adult-Only Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Adult-Only Physiotherapist
- Adult-Only Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Strong IT and typing skills to manage case documentation and reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conducting detailed functional assessments for adult claimants applying for WCA benefits
- Evaluating how a claimant’s condition affects their ability to work and perform daily tasks
- Writing clear, evidence-based reports to support eligibility decisions
- Engaging with claimants in a professional, empathetic, and supportive manner
- Using IT systems to efficiently document case files and reports
- Working independently while also collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team.
