Are you an experienced Groundworks Foreman looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our client's team in Chatham, Kent.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all on-site groundwork activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-solve on-site issues and provide leadership to the team.


Requirements:

  • CSCS card (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in a groundworks foreman or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of groundwork processes, including drainage, foundations, and excavation.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work under pressure.
