- Clear enhanced DBS on the update service
- Commitment to supporting primary school students on a 1:1 basis
- Relevant experience or qualifications in SEN support
Job Description: As a Primary School SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student progress
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback
- Help with classroom management and organization
- Uphold school policies and procedures
