Experienced Bid Manager, qualified withAPMP Proposal Management (or equivalent),required to engage in winning new business opportunities and assisting the senior management team of a growing training provider, MKC Training. The company is nationally acknowledged for designing and delivering world class, innovative and wide-ranging learning solutions for the defence, construction, professional and engineering sectors. This is a dynamic working environment following recent expansion, new contracts and increased sales activity.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Bid Managerwillbe responsible for the maintenance of the processes, practices and governance and the bid & proposal libraries (standardised text, graphics and designs). Leading the bid and proposal activity (directly in the case of major bid and capture programmes) and coaching / mentoring and guiding smaller proposals. The Bid Manager will also lead activities within team bidding situations (where part of a larger consortium / alliance) representing the company position as appropriate.

We are seeking someone who is energetic, dynamic, and with a positive mindset, who can engage and lead senior executives, as well as developing less experienced members of the wider team.
