Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency, is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Chatham. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on sales expertise with a strong focus on customer service.As a sales negotiator, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing sales pipelines, and negotiating deals. The successful candidate must have proven estate agency experience, enthusiasm, and a target-driven mindset. Outstanding customer service skills and professionalism are essential for this role.
- Location: Chatham office serving prime London and Kent areas
- Salary: Basic - £25,000 and up to £45,000 OTE
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, some Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week
