A leading Estate Egency in Gravesend is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Negotiator to join their dynamic Estate Agency team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in the property industry, with the potential to earn a generous income through commissions and additional opportunities.
Salary:
- Basic Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission: £12,000 - £15,000 (based on office income)
Additional Earning Opportunities (not included in OTE):
- Mortgage Appointments: £35 gift voucher per appointment
- Solicitor Referrals: £50 gift voucher per successful referral
- Property Referrals: £100 for successful listings and lettings referrals
- Google Reviews: £10 for each verified review
