Depending on your existing recruitment experience, our client is offering a basic salary of £27,500 - £35,000 with open-ended bonuses and guaranteed bonus available for 6-12 months!
Based in a newly established office in Faversham our client is well-established within its sector across multiple offices and is keen to grow their client based in Kent.
Being part of planned growth, you will be well placed to earn and progress within the business swiftly at this stage of expansion.
The Role:

If you enjoy working to targets, pushing yourself and can deal with people at all levels, this is the role for you.
You will be looking after the whole recruitment process, from visiting clients to take briefs, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews and negotiating offers - covering a designated area within Kent and beyond.
The Person:
Education Recruitment experience is desirable - coupled with personality, drive and energy, our client will provide the rest.
You will want to build a long-term career, coming from any recruitment background - it is your personal attributes and drive that counts the most.
The Package:
Depending on your experience the basic salary will be £27,500 - £35,000 with guaranteed bonus!
