Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist for our office in Chatham.  You must have at least 2 years previous Recruitment experience in a similar field.

The role:

We are a really close knit team of Recruiters and Account Co-ordinators who are seeking someone to join the team.  You need to have Industrial/Driving/Technical Recruitment Experience.  You need to have sales experience, B2B. You will be working from established lists as well as researching and finding your own 'leads' but most of all we are seeking someone who can 'fit' into our team so personality is of the utmost importance.

In return we are offering a very competitive salary as well as an industry leading commission structure.

Hours of work 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, office based.

A driving licence is important and access to your own vehicle is also imperative as you will need to go and meet with new and existing clients.
