Job Opportunity: Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Medway Area

Location: Medway
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Rate: £16 per hour 
Mileage: Reimbursed (Must have own vehicle and be able to drive)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team for a project in Medway. The properties are located across the Medway area, and we are looking for a candidate who is local to this region. As an RLO, you will be an essential point of contact for residents and will play a key role in ensuring effective communication between residents and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between residents and the project team.
  • Ensure that residents are kept informed and updated on project developments.
  • Address and resolve any resident queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate access to properties and assist with any necessary arrangements for the duration of the project.
  • Provide regular reports to the project team.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the project.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an RLO is essential.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be organised, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Own vehicle and ability to drive is required (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Based in or local to the Medway area.
