Salary: 33,000 - 45,000 + Overtime @ Time + 1/2
Location: Chatham (ME4 4DH)-based with nationwide travel (predominantly Kent, London, South East England, and Birmingham)

The Role
As a Graphic & Vinyl Installer, you will be responsible for a diverse range of installations, including architectural wrapping, Vehicle graphics, anti-graffiti protection, wall drops, branding, and signage. You will also oversee subcontractors and contribute to facilities maintenance, which may involve vinyl wrapping bathrooms, pothole repair, bird solutions, and artificial film applications.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be flexible, as nationwide travel (sometimes at short notice) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and applying large format vinyl graphics, signage, and wraps.
- Architectural wrapping for various surfaces.
- Anti-graffiti and mould prevention solutions.
- Branding and signage for rail stations, corporate spaces, and public areas.
- Facilities maintenance, including pothole repair and bird-proofing solutions.
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Nationwide travel to client sites, with occasional evening and weekend work.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience - varied exposure to graphics and vinyl installation
- Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of vinyl and graphics application
- Full UK Driving Licence - Essential for nationwide travel.
- Flexibility - Willing to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
- Problem-Solving Mindset - Ability to react quickly and collaborate effectively.
