The ideal Secondary Supply Teacher will:
  • Confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects.
  • Be adaptable and able to manage a variety of classroom environments.
  • Support students' learning while maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour.
  • Work flexibly and be available for early morning calls.
  • Be enthusiastic about working in a variety of Medway secondary schools, including Grammar Schools.
Secondary Supply Teacher requirements:
  • QTS or relevant teaching qualification recognised in the UK. 
  • Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4, KS5 an advantage. 
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to travel between schools in Medway is an advantage.
  • Passion for supporting students in their education.
