Academics is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and committed HLTA to join a vibrant and growing Primary School in Chatham. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, a hardworking attitude, and a friendly, supportive approach to teaching.

• Implementing positive behaviour management techniques.
• Being approachable, inspiring, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills.

• HLTA qualification.
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Experience in managing behaviour positively.
• The ability to deliver planned lessons effectively.
