Regen Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join a housing association in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the social housing sector, ensuring tenants live in safe, well-maintained homes.

The Role:

  • Conducting detailed surveys of social housing properties to assess damp, mould, and condensation issues
  • Producing comprehensive reports with recommendations for remedial action
  • Working closely with housing officers, asset management teams, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensuring all work complies with housing regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Engaging with tenants to provide advice and support on damp and mould prevention

Requirements:

  • Experience surveying housing association or local authority properties for damp and mould issues
  • Strong understanding of building pathology, moisture control, and remedial solutions
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills
  • Relevant surveying qualification or extensive industry experience in social housing maintenance
