Looking for a new and exciting challenge in the field of education? We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Teaching Assistant to join a lovely SEN school in Chatham.

Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils who may be struggling with a range of social, emotional, and mental health difficulties
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage challenging behavior and provide one-to-one support where necessary
  • Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential
