Academics is partnering with primary schools in Chatham to find enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants who are dedicated to helping children with a variety of educational needs.

Whether you're newly Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, or have personal experience supporting young people with SEN, we want YOU to join our team!

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in providing support and encouragement to students, helping them thrive in an inclusive and caring environment.

Then successful candidate will:

  • Have a positive, patient, and resilient individual
  • Experience supporting children with SEN
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Level 2 or 3 qualified, or experience supporting young people with additional needs
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service
