Salary: £160 to £220 per day

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 6 Intervention Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Chatham. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of students.
The Role
As a Year 6 Intervention Teacher, you will:
- Deliver targeted interventions to small groups or individual students, focusing on core subjects such as English and Maths.
- Assess students’ needs and create tailored learning plans to address gaps in their knowledge and boost their confidence.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers to ensure consistency in teaching and learning approaches.
- Monitor and track students’ progress, providing regular feedback to staff, students, and parents.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to help pupils reach their full potential.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 6.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
