Our students are academically high-functioning and are working towards their GCSEs with the goal of further education and employment. We offer a rich, stimulating curriculum tailored to individual needs, supported by strong pastoral care and various therapies.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will teach a variety of subjects up to KS3 level and GCSE, depending on experience. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to helping our students develop into the best they can be.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach multiple subjects across KS3 and GCSE levels.
  • Deliver SEN interventions and lead enrichment activities.
  • Teach life skills, IT, and PSHE lessons as needed.
  • Support students' social and emotional development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Teaching experience is essential.
  • Experience and knowledge of autism is desirable but not essential; training and support will be provided.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various teaching and support roles.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred, especially for driving manual school vehicles (e.g., a small minibus).
