Telecoms Systems Manager – Pioneer Opportunity!

Salary: £substantial basic + management benefits 


The Role 

  • Reporting to the CTO with responsibility for coordinating a small team of Telecoms Architects, act as key interface between the Antenna System Technical / Engineering team and Stakeholders (Suppliers, Partners, Customers) to ensure alignment and collaborative, constructive relationships.
  • Manage the development of Suppliers, transitioning the Antenna System to DFM status ensuring a robust supply chain.
  • Develop telecom solution strategy for system roll-out and future roadmap planning.
  • Drive and develop existing and new industry collaborations with technology, partners, operators and industry forums for product integration, network services, solutions, support and testing. 


The Person

  • 5-10 years solid experience gained within mobile operator / telecoms / radio supplier environment in 4G/5G Radio Access Networks .
  • Experience in complex system integration, test and process management in an operational environment.
  • RF knowledge including antenna technology.
