A great opportunity for an enthusiastic Welder Fabricator to become a Trainer and join a collaborative and dynamic team delivering Welding and Fabrication at a unique training facility in Chatham.

Your role:

Deliver training to Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Complete a full teacher training qualification within the first 3 years of contract commencement (full teacher training package will be provided)

Additional experience to support your role as Welder Fabricator Trainer:

City & Guilds Advanced Craft / Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Welding / Fabrication

Welding (MMA Mig and Tig) / Fabricating experience

Formal or informal teaching / training roles

An enthusiastic and committed individual, with strong communication skills, a passion to train others and prepared to extend your own skills and knowledge.
