What you will do:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor patient progress, adjusting dietary plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to research and audit initiatives to enhance renal dietary practices.

Requirements:

• Current HCPC registration is necessary to practice as a Renal Dietitian in the UK.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car for travel within the London Borough of Newham.
