Position: Cover Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time (Circa 8.30am to 4pm)

Salary: Based on experience, paid to scale
About Us:
We are working with a number of schools within Newham. They place children at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for a strong Cover Supervisors to join their team for a February start. They value diversity in both their pupils and staff and welcome candidates for this Cover Supervisor role from all backgrounds. If you have at least 1 years’ experience, please read on!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Differentiate lessons for SEN children with EHCPs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback accordingly.
- Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working with children.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Desirable: At least 1 years’ experience in a UK based classroom
