Teaching Assistant

Vision for Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. This position is based in primary schools across the Fenland area. Working as a Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis within primary schools. The hours are 8:30 - 3:30. We have a number of temporary vacancies starting throughout the autumn term and many of these will have the opportunity to become permanent within a few months. The role will include:

• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, providing targeted support to individual students or small groups.
• Assist in the implementation of personalized learning strategies to cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture, fostering students' social and emotional development.

To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant (or equivalent role) preferably in a primary school setting, or perhaps an Early Years setting.
• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is preferable but not required if you have experience

£425 to £475 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Must hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check

• Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
