Plant Engineer – Chatteris (South-East of Peterborough)

• Attractive Salary: up to £16.00 p/h based on 45hrs per week, depending on experience.

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of construction plant equipment, including small tools, stihl saws, generators, pumps, diggers, excavators, rollers, telehandlers, and forklifts.
• Diagnose faults and ensure equipment is repaired to the highest standard.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Work mainly on-site and occasionally in the workshop to support operations.

• Proven mechanical experience in plant maintenance or servicing.
• Qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Plant Maintenance would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in roles such as Plant Engineer, Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Engineer, Service Engineer, Mechanic, or Heavy Plant Engineer.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
