- Schedule Coordination: Monitor vessel schedules, promptly updating customers on any changes or delays.
- Transportation Management: Arrange container haulage and pallet distribution to meet specific customer needs.
- Information Gathering: Liaise with clearing agents and shipping lines to ensure smooth communication with customers and transport partners.
- Sales Order Processing: Generate and dispatch sales order confirmations to customers and service providers.
- Re-Pack Management: Process production reports for re-packs and manage waste effectively.
- Stock Data Entry: Input stock data into the ERP system and ensure arrival intakes align with records.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Logistics and Commercial Manager and provide support to the Logistics Administrator.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a focus on the bigger picture.

- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.
- Previous experience in the FMCG sector is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar logistics role preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Prophet experience is desirable).
- Monday to Friday - 08.30-16.30
- Fully office-based, 5 days a week
- Must be able to commute to the office in Chatteris 5 days per week
- Minimum 1 year of logistics experience required.
