Job Purpose:Â Â Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the post-holder will be responsible for delivering site works to company and client expectations.
 Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow all reasonable instructions and requests from the Site Supervisor and other members of the management team.
- Ensure you follow the company’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to health and safety, quality, environmental etc…
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment including wearing full PPE, at all times.
- Conduct yourself in the correct manner displaying professionalism, respect, and integrity.
- Undertake general construction and maintenance tasks as requested by supervision and management.
- Work in line with company and client expectations with regards to hours on site. All deviations from agreed working patterns to be agreed with management in advance.
- Report all Health, Safety, and Environmental accidents and issues to the relevant management personnel immediately.
Skills and Experience
ESSENTIAL
- EUSR Water Hygiene Card. (training will be given).
- Certificate in Confined Spaces. (training will be given).
- Certificate in Manual Handling. (training will be given).
- Possess a conscientious and positive attitude to work.
- Be self-motivated and can complete daily tasks with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely, following relevant training.
- Ability to follow instructions and accept personal responsibility.
- Ability to act on initiative, particularly in respect to Health & Safety and reporting relevant matters.
- Demonstrate good driving skills in company vans, where driving will be monitored and tracked.
- Willingness to attend training courses, as and when required.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home, as and when required.
- Possess a full driving licence.
