- Responsible for the management of a caseload including schedules of costs.
- Preparing N260 statements of costs and risk assessments.
- Completing Precedent S and Q documents and initiating Detailed Assessment proceedings.
- Investigating disbursement liabilities and maintaining accurate client ledger information.
- Working to WIP targets and adhering to deadlines set by supervisors.
- Accurately reviewing the client ledger and accounts information.
- 2 to 10 year’s drafting experience in the claimant personal injury sector.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Drafting skills associated with completing Precedent H, R and Q and finalising formal bills in Multi Track and budgeted cases.
- Experience of using Proclaim Case Management System and Costs Master software is essential.
- Knowledge of time recording procedures.
