Your new roleWith a loyal and established client base, you will join a team based at the heart of the business where you will provide a dedicated and personable professional service to business clients wishing to place orders, assisting and processing their requests.Based within a small team you will work together with customers to ensure orders are processed accordingly to instruction and recieved within a designated time frame. Rapport and customer service is imperative to this role, and you will therefore be able to demonstrate a smooth streamline order function combined with a positive and helpful attitude.Experience of Customer Order Processing from your previous roles and ability to communicate effectively whilst ensuring Customer Orders are processed accurately is paramount to the role.You will work collaboratively with the client, assist and provide a helpful service and ensure the orders are recorded correctly and placed, in order for the goods to be sent out within company set timetables.Working with large businesses and smaller SME's you will be confident liaising and communicating to provide a professional service, coupled with your excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
