Currently recruiting a Senior IFA Administrator to provide support to advisers. You will work alongside a highly productive team providing administrative and paraplanning support so some experience of paraplanning tasks would also be required in this role. You will offer a friendly, efficient, professional and effective client service with a focus on quality and accuracy.  A genuine ‘team spirit’ is vital, as is a flexible attitude to the duties and responsibilities of the role. There will always be a requirement to deliver solid administrative support throughout at every level. Someone able to work in a small, close-knit professional office to support the team and be recognised would be ideal.      Your duties will include:
  • Prompt, accurate and compliant submission of new business
  • Managing pipeline business and rectifying any concerns which may arise
  • Produce valuations and meeting packs for client review meetings
  • Attend client meetings, make notes and take on follow-up tasks
  • Screening and processing advisers post, e-mails and calls
  • Suitability report writing, financial analysis and fund / product research
