Branch Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Target fresh sales and new customers while managing existing client relationships to achieve branch sales growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner. Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through face-to-face interactions.
  • Order Management: Oversee the processing of sales orders, invoicing, and all associated administration tasks.
  • Team Development: Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed performance targets, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
  • Logistics Management: Manage branch logistics and oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Stock Development: Develop and maintain the required stock profile to meet customer needs.
  • Budget Management: Work within agreed budgets to optimize branch performance.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the branch and increase sales.
  • Product Expertise: Provide excellent knowledge of rendering, external wall insulation, tiles, and flooring to support customers effectively.
