BramahHR are recruiting for a General Manager to join an exciting business based in Cheadle This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and highly motivated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and empower a brilliant and highly motivated team
  • Sustain a clean, safe, and secure environment while providing excellent customer service and standards.
  • Boost financial performance and offer evaluations and strategies for action
  • Set a high level of customer engagement and service
  • Oversee the hiring, supervision, development, and training of all employees at all levels. teach and mentor other managers with an emphasis on team growth and succession planning
  • Oversee purchasing and cost control in relation to EBITDA and profit margins.
  • Verify compliance with safety, health, and HR laws
  • Encourage adherence to brand guidelines and brand scorecard accomplishments
  • Develop commercial ties with the neighbourhood to promote commercial success
  • Oversee advertising of events

Requirements:

  • Outgoing positive personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Literate in financial documents
  • Outstanding customer service and people skills
  • Solution led
  • 5 years experience in a strategic leadership role
  • Experience in ownership of P&L accounts, financial data, KPI management,
  • Line management of a large team
  • IOSH qualification desirable
  • Background in service led industry desirable
