Business Development Manager (BDM)
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Commission (Quarterly)
Monday - Friday working hours
Office based with some travelling to meet business (Car driver)
Office based in the Stockport area

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging remote and in-person software demos for prospective clients
- Build and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with umbrella companies, contractor accountants, and bureaus, both remotely and through travel
- Develop and execute targeted call-out campaigns to drive lead generation
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance both personal and brand visibility (travel required)
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts
- Collaborate in refining sales strategies, processes, and forecasting models to drive sustained growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within the umbrella company or software sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, growth-focused mindset with a desire to progress within the company
