Sales Executive (Inbound) Cheadle – £25k basic + uncapped commission (£40k 1st YR OTE)

We are currently working with a successful car credit brokerage. Due to growth, they are looking for 4 driven, ambitious, and money-motivated Sales Executives to handle inbound enquiries, support customers through their car financing journey, upsell/cross-sell, and close deals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Contacting inbound customer enquiries
  • Building relationships with customers and dealerships to ensure the best outcome for the customer
  • Understanding customer needs to help source their perfect car
  • Working with dealerships to secure the best deal on the right car for the customer
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive transaction for the customer

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge/passion of the automotive industry is an advantage but not necessary
  • A passion for providing excellent customer experience
  • Experience working towards and exceeding targets
  • Ability to build quick rapport over the phone
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and resilient
