Senior Business Development Manager into Branch Manager:

Pease note: Manchester is preferred but we are open to UK wide

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Business Development Management who can start making an impact from day one.We are looking for someone who already has strong commercial experience and is looking to progress or take that next step in their career through building their own office.

Key Responsibilities:

路 Driving the strategic growth of the business by identifying and securing new, profitable clients across road, sea, air, courier freight and customs services.路 Identifying new market opportunities, ensuring the conversion of potential clients and expansion into new business sectors.路 Developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies, to both attract new clients and enhance service offerings for existing accounts, improving client retention and satisfaction.路 Managing your own client pipeline and diary, with responsibility for meeting prospective clients and attending networking events.路 Ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to all new clients, collaborating closely with the operations team to guarantee smooth onboarding and continued personalized account management.路 Maximizing profitability by ensuring clear and consistent profit margins across all accounts, actively working to optimize margins on every project and customer engagement.
