CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER STOCKPORT UP TO £45K DOE PERMANENT
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join a busy team that provides the UKs leading independent healthcare services.
Duties include: -
- Providing support to the Senior Management team.
- Planning and forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis to produce statistics and reports.
- Leading monthly team meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Providing accurate data on the activities of the team to optimise strategic planning.
- Preparing and presenting weekly KPI statistics.
- Providing regular 1-1 to ensure the team is fully trained.
- Liaising with the marketing team to increase engagement.
Managing patient expectations and building relationships
The ideal candidate will have an empathetic manner with a genuine dedication to providing an exceptional service.You will have at least 3 years experience managing a team and excellent interpersonal skills. You must be flexible to work the odd day at the weekend and occasionally travel to other sites within the North. This is a rewarding role for someone who is professional and confident in dealing sensitive situations and confidentially must be kept at all times.
