Patient Advisor £25,000 per annum

This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the most trusted, award-winning private healthcare clinics in the UK as a Patient Advisor.

As a Patient Advisor, you will support patients throughout their treatment journey, providing a continuous, exceptional quality service. The In-Patient team are a key point of contact for patients and always provide the highest level of patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of incoming enquiries via multiple channels, providing timely, professional, and courteous responses to phone calls and emails.
  • Provide accurate information to patients regarding services, prices, procedures and general enquiries.
  • Build outstanding rapport with patients - you will play a pivotal role in building trust and supporting patients in all aspects of their treatment.
  • Scheduling appointments with patients.
  • Collect and verify patient information, and input it into an electronic database.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure a smooth patient journey.
  • Provide administrative support, including organising prescriptions, photocopying and preparing patient notes.
  • Demonstrate compassion and understanding when addressing the concerns or emotional needs of patients.
  • Attend regular team meetings and positively contribute with innovative ideas for continuous improvement to services and processes.
  • Diligently keep abreast of competitor activities to stay informed and be active in increasing market position.

About You:

  • Ideally you will have experience in a similar customer/patient facing role.
  • Having previous experience of patient case management is advantageous but not essential.
  • You’ll be exceptionally empathetic with a passion for patient/customer service.
  • Your excellent communication skills will enable you to confidently and professionally build a rapport and help patients throughout their journey.
  • You’ll have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
  • You’ll be PC literate and able to work with IT systems.
