Finance that puts them in the drivers seat quickly, simply and responsibly. They then match that finance to the car they need, connect all the dots and get them on the road for much less than they expect. Its a hell of a service delivered by one hell of a team.
Your Sales and Purchasing Executive Role:
To provide an exceptional car buying experience to all customers.
The purpose of the Personal Car Buyer is to support the customer throughout their car buying journey. Sourcing their desired car according to their needs and budget, liaising with the dealers and ensuring the transaction is as smooth and positive as possible for the Customer.
The main duties in the role of Sales & Purchasing Executive include but are not limited to
- Contacting pre-approved customer via the system within the required contact times
- Creating rapport with the Customers and Dealership to maintain excellent relations and the best outcome for the Customer
- Understanding the Customers needs to support them ins sourcing their perfect car match
- Work with dealership to secure the best deal on the right car for the Customer
- Liaising with the customer and dealership to ensure a quick and seamless transaction
- Working with the Personal Assistance including a full handover to facilitate the onward Customer Care journey.
Day to Day
- Hours of work are Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm. Weekly hours are worked on a rota basis a flexible can do attitude is essential
- Weekends and Bank holidays are to be worked. If you do work a weekend or Bank holiday, time off in the week will be given
- Office work is required due to regulatory commitments
Must have excellent organisation skills
- Knowledge of the car buying industry is desirable
- A passion for providing a great customer experience
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Have the ability to take ownership of tasks in a timely manner
- To be passionate and motivated for the business and yourself
- Have experience working towards and exceeding targets
