JOB - Wills and Probate Solicitor
LOCATION - Cheadle / Poynton HYBRID

Your day to day:
- Working as part of a team, providing professional and friendly advice to our clients, notably elderly clients and grieving families.
- Being proactive to meet all deadlines and develop transferable skills across the business.
- Taking initial instructions for, and drafting documents for Wills and Powers of Attorney.
- Maintaining and housekeeping accurate reports and records of documents, including preparing routine correspondence for signature.
Ideal Applicant:
- Positive attitude with a genuine interest in the legal industry and eagerness to learn and develop further.
- Familiar with The Mental Capacity Act
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
- Confident, reliable and able to work as part of a team
- IT skills and attention to detail are paramount
