Description

Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller:

  • Manage debt recovery, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  • Downloading bank statements daily from multiple banks in multiple currencies
  • Perform credit checks on potential customers and assess credit risk.
  • Handle disputes and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

Profile

The successful Credit Controller requires:

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures and practices.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
