Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller:
- Manage debt recovery, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
- Downloading bank statements daily from multiple banks in multiple currencies
- Perform credit checks on potential customers and assess credit risk.
- Handle disputes and negotiate repayment plans.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

The successful Credit Controller requires:
- Strong organisation skills
- Knowledge of credit control procedures and practices.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
