Our client is a well-established whole seller within the alcohol industry and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Cheadle team on a 3 month fixed term contract.
Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Handling incoming calls & emails from customers
- Processing customers orders
- Processing customer payments
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers to ensure customer orders are delivered within SLA
- Arranging returns, credit notes for the customer
- Complaint handling
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- 1 year experience within customer service, particularly in a telephony based role
- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong IT skills
