Catering Manager

Catering Manager Wilmslow Temporary 3 Months+ - Start ASAP - £17.50hr + holiday pay

Our client based in Wilmslow is looking for an experienced Catering Manager/Chef to join their small team. You will be required to work from 7.30-3.30pm Monday Friday, this role is based within the education setting and therefore term time only.

Duties include:

- Responsible for preparing students lunches.

- Create a varied and healthy menu selection with a range of choices.

- Managing stock levels and preset budgets

- Ability to work to tight time scales and manage own workload.

- Manage a small team of 3 to ensure everything runs smoothly.

- Manage food budget to ensure budget is adhered to.

- Ensure policies and processes are being followed.

- Understand health and safety responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the education setting, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to prioritise your own workload. The successful candidate will have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
