- Highly complex and comprehensive diary and inbox / communications management
- Successfully coordinating international and domestic travel including managing itineraries, accommodation, as well and managing all visa and documentation needs
- Preparing meeting documentation and papers, taking minutes and following up on action points
- Managing expenses
- Manage relationships and communications with key and potential clients
- A highly experienced Executive Assistant (ideally with 15+ years of experience) having supported at C’Suite level and with experience organising complex diaries across International time zones
- Incredibly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Naturally efficient, confident, well-spoken and with an incredibly high attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a vibrant, collaborative work environment are essential.
