About the Client:

Our client is a reputable mortgage provider, known for delivering exceptional customer service and providing tailored solutions to help clients achieve their homeownership goals. They're committed to making the mortgage process as smooth and accessible as possible for their clients, and they're now looking for a Lead Generator to play an integral role in their team.

Role Overview:

As a Lead Generator, you'll work directly with clients to assess their eligibility for mortgage products. You'll gather key financial information, explain the mortgage process clearly, and provide excellent customer service to help guide clients through each stage of their application. No previous mortgage experience is necessary - if you come from a strong customer service background, our client will provide all the training you need!

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with clients to collect necessary documentation and financial details for mortgage applications.
* Assess client financial information to determine mortgage eligibility, including income, credit history, and affordability.
* Provide clients with clear and easy-to-understand guidance throughout the mortgage process.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external lenders to ensure a smooth application process.
* Ensure all client records and information are accurately maintained, in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Offer exceptional customer service, resolving client queries and concerns efficiently.

Key Requirements:

* Strong customer service experience - ideally from a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
* Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* No prior mortgage experience is required - full training will be provided!
