Consegna Talent are proud to be supporting an established Independent Mortgage Broker based in Manchester. Our client is now seeking for a motivated Mortgage & PRotection to support with their expanding operations. They cover a range of mortgages from Residential, BTL, HNW, Bridging, Commercial and specialist Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Understand clients’ financial needs and objectives.
- Mortgage Solutions: Advise on Residential, BTL, HNW, Commercial, and Bridge Finance products.
- Application Processing: Manage mortgage applications from start to finish.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and regulations.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Documentation: Assist with necessary documentation for applications.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Networking: Develop relationships with industry professionals.
- Problem Resolution: Address issues during the application process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Mortgage Broker, experienced in Residential, BTL, HNW, Commercial, and Bridge Finance cases.
- Certification: CeMAP or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
