New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Remote)UK WideEmployed - Up to £30,000 basic + Uncapped CommissionOTE £50k+ 1st year. Consegna Talent is proud to be working with one of the largest New Build Mortgage Brokerages in the UK and they are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their team. The role will be Home Based, and you will be completing appointments booked in by the In-House Mortgage Qualifiers. These appointments can be completed over the via telephone appointments with regular monthly new build site visits required. New Build Mortgage Applications make up a high number of the Mortgage Applications in the UK and there is great opportunity with my client to earn some good commission increasing your overall earnings for the year.
Purpose of the role:
- To help arrange the mortgage for customers who put deposits down on New Build’s/Plots get the best possible Mortgage based of their circumstances
- Work with the Developers to complete the Mortgage Applications ASAP
- Ensure the appointments are attended in a promptly after being booked in by the Mortgage Qualifiers
Key Requirements:
- Ideally a Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor (large panel advisors will be considered)
- Have solid insurance advice experience e.g. Life Insurance
- Have 1-2 years’ experience working as a Mortgage Advisor (new build preferable but not mandatory)
- Have a clean Driving License & have a car?
- Clean credit file
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Face/Face Appointments & Telephone Based
- Qualifications and experience
- Full CeMAP
