- You will be responsible for conducting high quality inbound & outbound sales calls within the qualifying team, aiding customers and providing support on queries around their mortgage application & focusing on appropriate outcomes.
- You will be responsible for being the point on initial contact for customers, lining their mortgage broker appointment.
- Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure customers respond and go on to obtain the mortgage product they require.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, be hard working and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast paced environment.
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above Current or recent experience in either Sales or regulated finance company
- Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets.
- Current or recent experience of an telephone based sales or customer service role
- Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner.
- Experience of selling a range of products.
