What will you be doing?

Taking inbound calls and converting enquiries into sales.Proactively making outbound calls to potential customers and generating new business leads.Building relationships with existing customers and identifying upselling opportunities.Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.Updating the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
