Description

As the HR Associate, you will report to the HR Manager/ Business Partner and take responsibility for providing HR advice to the Senior Leadership Team. You will take part in and lead on HR projects; Ensuring all systems and databases are maintained and kept up to date at all times; Undertake site visits and audits to ensure all HR records are compliant with the legislation as well as supporting the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations; Assist with performance management processes; Contribute to staff training and development initiatives; Manage employee records in compliance with GDPR; Support in HR policy development and documentation and contribute to the promotion of a positive company culture

Profile

The successful HR Associate should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Understanding of GDPR and other relevant HR regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Available to start at short notice
